Ok guys so I've been here a month now - wow - a whole month i seriously don't know where the time has gone!! So I just wanted to do a post at this point to say thanks.
Thanks for all the comments on my blog, for the texts, the emails, the comments on facebook and bebo, sometimes they've made me laugh, alot, they've made me cry evenmore because lets face it, I miss u guys all like crazy!
But i just wanted to let you know how much of an encouragement it is to know that there are people at home praying for me I seriously wouldn't have made it this long without prayer warriors like u guys at home lifting me up to God, He is really blessing me in my time out here but he's also challenging me massively and i need alot of prayer support to get me through all that I'm seeing and doing out here, so I want to thank you all for that. I don't wanna mention people by name and single anyone out - but u guys know who you are - you've been with me every step of the way encouraging me, you've been there for me when I've been excited, when I've been scared, nervous, worried and even when I was chickening out... now I'm crying (thats the one downside about a trip like this - the dehydration!! (some of it admittedly is due to sweat!) but alot of it is because of tears, I miss u guys LOADS and just wanted to let you know that its because of you that I'm out here learning, learning about who God is and who I am in him (and of course a little bit of medicine on the side as an added bonus!) So Thank-you Thank -you Thank-you I can't put it into words how grateful I am that God has blessed me with friends and family like you... I better stop now before I completely dehydrate!!! I'm praying for you all everyday and Thank u for remembering me

Yo Yo wee sis! Great to hear from you! Sounded like you were a wee bit sad in that blog so hopefully hearing from me will cheer ya up a wee bit! Saying that I ahev absoluttely no craic for you though! Was on night duty last night so feel pretty rough at the minute! Heard a brillant joke last night but its too long to put on this. I'll tell you it when you come home! Ben and Ryan both doing really well. Ryan getting so big and more gorgeous by the day! Nev says hello too! Hi Laura that was a big long blog! Keep up the good work. Hope you didnt dehydrate yourself too much..think gatoraid!! dont know if thats how you spell it. you'll be all americanised by the time you come home but wel soon sort ya. Hi Laura, I've been trying to get through to you to night on Skype but you're not on line. I'm just home from the prayer meeting, Brian McF asked me to tell you he can't do the blogg thing (it must be an age thing)but he is taking your info and posting it on ABC website. Everyone praying for you. Dad is down at your Uncle Tom and auntie Margarets today putting up their gates, probably will take him a wee while!!! Now that I am home, please know how much I truly miss you. I've already started telling my family of my plans to visit and talked about you non-stop. You are amazing, you are fun, you touched my heart. I am so glad to have met you and just BEGUN this friendship. How's Haiti without us? Probably still amazing but maybe not nearly as entertaining? At least after dinner, right? Can't wait to hear about month two! Love and miss you!!!
